By combining these resources, areas such as development, engineering, production, laser marking of the tools, and sales can be utilized optimally.

In 2002, Claus Wolkersdorf founded VALTEC Wolkersdorf GmbH in Herzogenbuchsee. One year later, Zeller Automatik AG was granted exclusive rights to manufacture the products developed by VALTEC. The company’s founder tragically passed away in a serious car accident. Zeller Automatik AG subsequently acquired VALTEC Wolkersdorf GmbH and changed its name to VALTEC Toolsystems GmbH. The company relocated to Zeller Automatik AG’s premises in Wynau, where Stefan Zeller took over as Managing Director.
